I have built and improved QA processes for remote engineering teams, with hands-on experience in test automation, bug pipeline management, incident triage, and delivery optimization.
My background combines technical leadership and operational ownership. I have worked across Agile transformation, compliance, and process improvement, helping teams increase coverage, reduce regressions, and improve delivery metrics.
I also have strong experience in AI-enabled automation and modern SaaS delivery, including work with LLM-based workflows, prompt governance, and automated testing.
