I have built my career around managing end-to-end program lifecycles, with a strong focus on onboarding, learning and development, stakeholder coordination, and large-scale execution. I enjoy turning complex operational needs into structured, measurable, and scalable processes.
My experience includes leading global initiatives at Amazon, where I managed onboarding programs, supported account management milestones, coordinated cross-functional teams, and helped improve customer and seller experiences through data-driven decision-making.
