Senior HR Leader

I am a dynamic and result-oriented HR leader with over 18 years of progressive experience across end-to-end human resource functions. I currently head HR at JK Tyre's R&D Centre, where I lead strategic and operational HR initiatives for a large team of professionals.

My experience spans talent acquisition, talent management, learning and development, workforce planning, performance management, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, and statutory compliance. I have worked closely with senior leadership to align HR strategy with business goals and build a performance-driven, people-centric culture.

I have a strong background in recruitment for niche and technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiation, and onboarding. Over the years, I have also contributed to leadership development, succession planning, rewards and recognition, and HR process improvement.
