I am a strategic and people-focused HR professional with over 7 years of experience supporting organizational growth through talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, engagement, and HR operations.

I have worked across remote, healthcare, retail, IT, consulting, and service environments, which has strengthened my ability to adapt HR practices to different business needs and workforce structures.

My experience includes leading recruitment for middle to senior-level roles, improving employee engagement, managing conflict resolution, supporting compliance, and building HR processes that improve efficiency and employee experience.

I enjoy partnering with leadership teams to align people strategies with business goals, and I have contributed to initiatives such as HRIS implementation, compensation benchmarking, workforce planning, and talent development frameworks.
