I am a Talent Acquisition Specialist and HR Generalist with 3+ years of experience leading full-cycle campus and lateral recruitment across large-scale, fast-paced environments. I have worked with EY India and PwC AC India, where I delivered more than 2,200 hires with consistent turnaround times and strong candidate experience.
My background spans the full HR lifecycle, including sourcing, mass interview coordination, offer management, onboarding, employee engagement, compensation benchmarking, and grievance resolution. I have supported hiring across multiple levels and service lines, and I am comfortable partnering closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
I have also contributed to employer branding, diversity hiring, HR analytics, and team mentoring. At PwC AC India, I helped improve diversity hiring and streamline onboarding for large hiring volumes, while at EY India I resolved employee grievances quickly and supported cost savings through compensation research.
Beyond corporate HR, I have hands-on entrepreneurial experience leading operations and growth for a family cloud kitchen business. In that role, I helped build the business from the ground up, designed workflows, managed vendors and quality control, and led a small operating team.
