Attorney and Strategic Counsel

I am a cross-disciplinary legal and business operator with 30 years of licensed professional experience. I bring strategic counsel, litigation, negotiation, and operational leadership experience across multiple industries.

I am a member of The Florida Bar and have been licensed since 1996. My legal background includes federal procedure, multi-jurisdictional litigation, discovery, mediation, arbitration, settlement strategy, and plaintiff-side case management.

I have litigated approximately 980 cases in federal courts and 3,000 plaintiff cases in Florida courts. I approach complex disputes with a focus on practical strategy, thorough preparation, and resolution-oriented advocacy.

Beyond legal practice, I have worked in business development sales, turnaround consulting, real estate brokerage, and executive operations. I have served as a DIP representative and bank representative in distressed-asset and turnaround engagements.

I also bring executive leadership experience as Chief Operating Officer at Autobahn Wholesale. My background enables me to quickly understand organizational structures, assess risk and opportunity, and execute effectively in demanding environments.

I hold a JD, MBA, and BS, and I am the author of publications on strategy coaching, AI, due diligence, and reading.
