01-2019/08-2021 Call Center Representative @ The Connection

With The Connection, my focus was effective communication and providing exceptional customer service. My duties included communication via phone and email with the assigned client as well as other representatives and supervisors within The Connection. Understand and actively support company goals through daily actions. Maintained a high level of client satisfaction and exceeded customer expectations for my assigned client by ensuring customer issues were addressed and resolved promptly, and always use proper call escalation procedure. Meet performance expectations through quality monitoring, personally monitoring progress. and call handling metrics. Integrate and apply knowledge and skills acquired in formal and informal training to identify and improve areas within the job scope to meet customer needs and expectations. I assisted in the training of new representatives for the client, which included watching our chat system to answer questions in real-time.

05-2015/08-2017 Master Data Specialist @ Chemtool Inc

As the Master Data Specialist, my duties were to assist Packaging Master Data on the GHS Compliance project, aiding coworkers in Commercial Master Data, and taking over Commercial Master Data for Original Equipment Manufacturer and the Belgium facility. This required mass maintenance work, and product consolidation. I assisted with daily proofing, global price changes, and packaging products. I also served as a backup to other workers in my department in their absence.

09-2007/12/2014 Driver Call Center Representive @ Donlen Corp

With Donlen, my focus was effective communication and providing exceptional customer service. My duties included communication via phone and email, as well as in-person with drivers, vendors, fleet managers and operational groups within Donlen. I also excelled at assisting account managers, creating and maintaining various reports. I maintained a high level of client satisfaction and exceeded customer expectations for my assigned accounts by ensuring customer issues were addressed and resolved in a timely manner, and personally monitoring progress while working directly with operational groups. In addition, I identified and improved areas within the job scope, which affected customer needs and expectations.

2003/2007 Fleet Assistant @ Hertz

As the Fleet Assistant with Hertz Corp, I managed many different tasks and projects. These tasks included data entry and maintenance of current, new, and retiring vehicles for the company, which could include over 15, 000 vehicles. I would ensure they had proper licensure through the state of Illinois, and would process the removal of vehicles which had reached their end-leasing dates. I would also monitor and update the status and rental availability of the vehicle inventory, and assist other company offices throughout the nation in placing vehicles in locations due to demand or request.
Assisting the Region Fleet Manager with special projects, including forecasting Regional and National needs to facilitate 100% rental availability to our customers. This would require the registration and licensing of all vehicles and facilitating a turn-key licensing operation within the Motor Vehicle laws of surrounding states.
Lastly, I would assist as backup for the Northern Illinois Payroll/Petty cash Clerk. As backup for this position, I issued and maintained a log for petty cash checks as well as processed payroll for all hourly employees.
