The Goodkind Group started as a family owned Recruitment Agency and was purchased in 2022 by the publicly traded Magic Software. I was promoted after we returned to office due to Covid-19 to co-lead their new IT division which specialized in IT Infrastructure placements for Hedge Funds, Fintech, PE, VR, Video Game, and other Web2/Web3 companies.
Full Desk 360 Recruitment, managing accounts, bringing in new business, negotiating fee agreements, sourcing candidates, background checking new hires, and maintaining contractors.

Technical Recruiter (April 2019-August 2021)

At Jumpstart, owned by The Goodkind Group, I was a 360 Full-Desk Technical Recruiter. I worked a full cycle on both the client and candidate sides of the technical recruiting business making executive level placements with IT, financial, and software companies.
On the client side, my responsibilities included: New client acquisition by cold calling around 100 prospective clients daily, negotiating new and maintaining current client contracts, and conducting regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
On the candidate side, my responsibilities included: Overseeing full cycle recruitment for technical roles including sourcing, interviewing, testing, and negotiating offers, and managing and facilitating the interview process to ensure a positive and timely experience for candidates and hiring managers.
Used CRM’s/ATS such as Bullhorn and SalesForce to track applicants and client accounts.
