I started work on a customer support line since 2008, providing services for a telecommunications company. I provided support via telephone contact and email. I handled complaints in the back office. Since 2015 I have been working on the Net Promoter Score project for the same company. In this project I contact detracting customers and deal with their complaints to ensure and increase
customer satisfaction. In my work it is crucial to pay attention to the costumer, be pacient and diplomatic to deal with complex problems and high pressure and stress, have excellent communication skills to be able to reach consensus.
On 03/16/2020, an establishment transmission occurred. I transitioned to my current employer Intelcia Portugal Inshore, S.A., but maintained my seniority and my roles in the project Net Promoter Score. Currently I continue to contact detracting customers and deal with their complaints to ensure and increase customer satisfaction.
