I regularly analyze the effectiveness of operational and financial policies to streamline processes and enhance overall effectiveness.

I have a strong background in financial management, including budgeting and forecasting. I generate timely and accurate financial and operational analyses to support decision-making and operational improvements. My leadership style emphasizes building strong relationships with staff, residents, families, and the local community, which has resulted in high levels of resident satisfaction and achievement of budget goals.

Throughout my career, I have developed and implemented training programs for newly hired directors and have worked closely with ownership to continuously raise the bar of excellence in our communities.
