Hello, I am Aizhan Abdykadyrova. I have a strong background in human resources, with extensive experience in HR coordination, internship roles, and retail store management. I am fluent in English and native in Russian, which allows me to communicate effectively in diverse environments. My educational background includes a postgraduate diploma in Human Resource Management from Edu Equal Institute and a Bachelor’s degree in Management from Kyrgyz National University.

Throughout my career, I have demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills, managing daily activities and schedules for my superiors. I am a quick learner, hardworking, and highly organized, with a proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. My people management skills and initiative have helped me succeed in various roles, from HR coordination to retail management.

In my last role as an HR Coordinator at Coolusion International DMCC, I facilitate HR processes, administer employee health and welfare plans, and act as a liaison between employees and insurance providers. I handle benefits enrollment, resolve benefits-related issues, and assist with recruitment and performance reviews. I also conduct audits and ensure compliance with HR policies.

Previously, I interned at EMAAR Properties, supporting HR functions such as documentation, interview coordination, employee relations, and visa processing. My experience at Ermenegildo Zegna as a Store Coordinator involved customer service, inventory management, sales, and staff training, which enhanced my organizational and leadership skills.
