Throughout my career, I have specialized in establishing global policies, category management, strategic sourcing, demand planning, and S&OP forecasting. I have successfully led multiple full-cycle ERP implementations, including Oracle Cloud, and have a strong focus on process optimization using lean methodologies.

My expertise includes providing strategic sourcing, supplier performance evaluation, category management, and cost modeling reporting to C-level Finance and Accounting executives to support informed vendor selection and contract awards. I am dedicated to building high-performing teams that deliver quality results by applying effective policies and methodologies within corporate and manufacturing environments.

I have led global S&OP planning, KPI reporting, SKU reorganization, demurrage reduction programs, and 3PL carrier and vendor performance initiatives by region. I am proficient in configuring ERP modules to optimize material tracking and warehouse spare parts management, prioritizing work based on risk analysis, and aligning procurement and supply chain strategies with corporate business goals.

My technical skills include extensive experience with Oracle Cloud, MS Power BI, MS Visio, Infor, MS SharePoint, SAP modules (SD, IBP, MM, PP, WM, APO, QM, GL, VM), and other software tools.
