Designed and implemented a distributed, scalable web system for aggregating data into a centralized Data Lake using Java 17, Spring Framework, Spring Cloud Data Flow, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, MinIO, Kafka, Redis, Angular, Gradle, and Docker. Utilized Kubernetes, ELK, GitLab CI/CD to enhance system performance and scalability. Implemented machine learning based risk management system using PyTorch, transformers, PyCaret, CatBoost, XGBoost, Optuna and scikit-learn significantly reducing the risks of tax evasion by taxpayers. Coordinated team efforts and maintained communication with the customer to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business goals. Designed innovative AI-based agentic architecture with LLM, Spring AI, Qdrant, LangGraph and MinIO.

Developed backend microservices focused on system security, enhancing data protection and compliance with healthcare regulations. Customized Keycloak with Java plugins to extend authentication functionality, improving user access control and system security. Utilized Java 11, Spring Framework, Keycloak, Kafka, ELK, FHIR R4, Maven, Git, and Docker.

Implemented various projects for customers from USA, Europe, Russia including: Online Presence Platform (Denmark) – Spring-based microservice for MS Teams user presence; Logistics Platform (Netherlands) – Spring microservice and SCDF app with Keycloak and OpenVPN; Mobile banking application (Russia) – backend refactoring and new features; Smart contracts analytics platform (Belarus) – multithreading environment for Ethereum data parsing; Mobile banking application (Belarus) – JCE Crypto Provider and admin portal; Computer vision system (Singapore) – C++ program and PCL-based algorithm for point clouds; Cloud framework in FORSYTHE SOLUTION GROUP (USA) – Spring microservices, Apache ActiveMQ Artemis, performance tests; KillerIT in FORSYTHE SOLUTION GROUP (USA) – server and client modules, D3.js visualization; Game Results Data Collection Platform (USA) – Cassandra, Amazon SQS, Apache Spark.

Designed and developed client-side of Electronic Document Management System using GWT for Russian client. Developed Spring-based backend for CMS for Norwegian client with virus scanning, format conversion, full-text search using Apache Lucene, and Dropbox integration.

Developed web portal for testing and certification of personnel in construction industry using Java. Developed UI/form component creator.
