In my current role as Supervisory Equal Opportunity Specialist at the US Department of Housing & Urban Development, I manage the intake, assessment, and resolution of complaints under various civil rights statutes. I lead a team of twelve staff members, oversee data systems, and represent the Regional Director at conferences and workshops. I am committed to ensuring timely and effective complaint handling while mentoring staff and improving training processes.
