I manage bookings from initial enquiry through to departure, including payments, amendments, and resolving customer queries, ensuring all bookings comply with company policies and travel regulations.

Previously, I worked as a Lifeguard at Weymouth Bay & Seaview Holiday Park, where I ensured the safety of guests by actively lifeguarding pool areas and responding to emergencies. I am trained in CPR and first aid, with regular refresher training. I also worked across multiple areas including poolside, cleaning duties, and reception, operating tills, maintaining stock presentation, and resolving customer issues professionally.

I have experience as a Teaching Assistant during a placement at Wyke Regis Primary Federation, supporting children with their learning and development in a classroom environment. I adapted communication and approach to meet individual needs and developed strong interpersonal, organisational, and teamwork skills.
