I am an experienced General Counsel with a strong background in international law, corporate governance, compliance, and M&A. Over the years, I have led legal and compliance departments in major energy, construction, and technology companies, managing teams of specialized lawyers and overseeing complex cross-border transactions. My expertise spans multiple sectors including energy, natural resources, capital markets, banking, finance, and dispute resolution.

I have a proven track record in negotiating and drafting high-value contracts, managing litigation and arbitration matters, and ensuring compliance with local and international regulations such as GDPR. I am skilled in advising on corporate law, tax, regulatory frameworks, and risk management, supporting business units in contractual claims and corporate housekeeping.

My experience includes working with multinational corporations and leading joint ventures, particularly in the renewable energy and infrastructure sectors. I am adept at designing and implementing health and safety policies, integrity frameworks, and corporate governance structures to promote risk and integrity management.

I am fluent in English and French, and I have a strong academic background with degrees in law and international trade and logistics management. I actively participate in international arbitration moot courts and have been recognized among elite in-house counsels in Turkey.
