I am an experienced HR consultant specializing in HR operations, recruitment, and employee lifecycle support. Currently, I work in a standalone HR role at i4F, where I focus on improving onboarding flows and enhancing internal communication across teams. Throughout my career, I have supported HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes for clients such as PVH and i4F. I have managed full-cycle recruitment for finance profiles, conducting sourcing, screening, interviews, and candidate assessments while coordinating closely with hiring managers to ensure smooth recruitment processes.
In addition to my HR expertise, I have a creative background in dance movement therapy and social work, with experience in freelance movement direction, dance projects, and artistic collaborations.
