HR Consultant • Recruitment Specialist • People & Culture

I am an experienced HR consultant specializing in HR operations, recruitment, and employee lifecycle support. Currently, I work in a standalone HR role at i4F, where I focus on improving onboarding flows and enhancing internal communication across teams. I am skilled in stakeholder management, process optimization, and clear communication.

Throughout my career, I have supported HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes for clients such as PVH and i4F. I have managed full-cycle recruitment for finance profiles, conducting sourcing, screening, interviews, and candidate assessments while coordinating closely with hiring managers to ensure smooth recruitment processes.

In addition to my HR expertise, I have a creative background in dance movement therapy and social work, with experience in freelance movement direction, dance projects, and artistic collaborations. I have also worked as a content creator focusing on employer branding and internal culture, collaborating with teams to align messaging with brand identity.

I hold a BA in Psychology from the University of Ghent and a Banaba in International Media & Business Entertainment from Thomas More. I have pursued additional training in leadership, acting, dance, and international programs, and I am currently studying dance and movement therapy at Agape.

I am proficient with various tools including Carerix, Profile, Workday, SD Worx, LinkedIn Recruiter, Canva (AI), Adobe Premiere Pro, ChatGPT, Copilot, and Suno. I speak Dutch natively, am fluent in English, and have basic knowledge of French and Hebrew.

I am available for part-time work starting March 2026 and am passionate about combining HR expertise with creative facilitation and movement coaching to support people and culture development.
