I am an IT Director and AI Automation Lead with over 25 years of experience in digital transformation within the automotive retail sector. Since 2020, I have been fully dedicated to process automation using AI and AI-assisted development tools such as VS Code and GitHub Copilot. My work focuses on designing and deploying custom automations leveraging Azure OpenAI Service and OpenRouter.ai, successfully automating over 10,000 invoices per month and significantly reducing manual workloads.

Throughout my career, I have replaced traditional developer-heavy delivery models with AI-first workflows, achieving a 100% reduction in direct development costs by substituting full-time programmer roles with AI-assisted delivery. I have built proprietary AI automations and internal tools that streamline operations and improve efficiency.

I orchestrate complex multi-vendor IT ecosystems independently, acting as a solo AI-enabled coordinator. My expertise spans AI process automation, prompt engineering, LLMOps, cloud migration, and enterprise architecture. I am experienced in managing vendor contracts, business process analysis, and digital transformation initiatives.

In my current role, I lead enterprise IT strategy with a strong focus on AI-driven process automation. I design AI-assisted development workflows to accelerate delivery and reduce costs, while implementing and optimizing business systems including ERP, CRM, and business intelligence analytics. I also modernize IT infrastructure, ensuring network security, cloud adoption, and regulatory compliance such as GDPR.
