IT Infrastructure Engineer

I am an IT Infrastructure Engineer with over 10 years of experience supporting enterprise IT environments, particularly in the telecom and oil & gas sectors. My expertise lies in Windows Server administration, Active Directory, VMware ESXi virtualization, Linux (Ubuntu), network infrastructure, VPN configuration, and security operations. I have a proven track record of maintaining high-availability systems and providing Tier 2 and Tier 3 support to ensure operational continuity, especially in remote field environments.

Throughout my career, I have worked extensively on infrastructure and end-user IT support, maintaining enterprise network and system operations, troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues, and supporting secure IT operations and internal systems. I am skilled in administering Windows Server environments, managing VMware ESXi virtual infrastructures, supporting Microsoft Exchange services, and maintaining backup and antivirus systems.

I have experience providing L2/L3 support for over 100 users and maintaining PBX telephony systems as well as VSAT connectivity for remote operations. My roles have also included network troubleshooting, infrastructure maintenance, managing domain controllers, and user access control. I have been involved in hardware and software modernization initiatives, optimizing internal IT processes, and conducting technical audits and staff training.
