I am an organised and adaptable part-time Administrative Assistant with experience using Sage and Microsoft Suite/Office. I have developed strong skills in data entry, appointment setting, invoicing, and various other administrative tasks. I am fluent in English and pride myself on my attention to detail and ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Throughout my work experience, I have handled customer queries and resolutions through CRM systems, managed reception duties, and performed secretarial tasks for directors. I am comfortable with invoicing, stock control, and using spreadsheets such as Excel to maintain accurate records.
