My professional journey includes experience as a transcriber where I handled audio and video transcription and client interactions. I have also worked as a sales representative, managing diverse sales channels and customer engagement. I am comfortable using various office applications and have technical knowledge in programming languages such as ASP, HTML, and Javascript, as well as graphic and web design tools like Adobe Illustrator and CorelDraw.

I hold a high school diploma from Centro de Ensino Maria Do Socorro Coelho Cabral and have completed technical courses in administration and sales/customer service from SENAI and SENAC respectively. I am fluent in Portuguese, with advanced skills in English and Spanish, which enables me to communicate effectively in diverse environments.
