Collects and consolidates quality-related records across First Balfour ongoing projects and evaluates non-conformance to minimize quality risks. Drives continuous improvement initiatives and lessons learned across the organization. Liaises with the Tendering Team to ensure all quality requirements, risks, and compliance aspects are properly addressed in tendering projects.

Led QA/QC efforts on major Civil, Structural, Mechanical and Electrical in Connection Asset Project and Balance of Plant Project, ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and standards. Project: Tanawon Geothermal Power Plant (2023 – 2025). Scope of work: Engineering, Procurement and Construction of 20MW Tanawon Geothermal Power Plant Project.

Supervised Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities for Civil and Structural works in the Project. Performed, established, maintained and implemented overall project quality management. Project: Palayan Binary Power Plant (2022 – 2023). Scope of work: Engineering, Procurement and Construction of 29 MW Tanawon Geothermal Power Plant Project.

Supervised Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities for Civil, Structural and Mechanical works in the Project. Performed, established, maintained and implemented overall project quality management. Project: Leyte Geothermal Business Unit (2014 – 2022). Scope of work: Covers the Civil Works, Structural Works, Mechanical/Piping Works and Flushing, Testing and Commissioning for LGBU Various Projects.

Supervised the planning, execution and delivery of the project, ensuring Safety and Quality compliance. Project: Leyte Geothermal Business Unit (2013 – 2014). Scope of work: Covers the Civil Works, Structural Works, Mechanical/Piping Works and Flushing, Testing and Commissioning for LGBU Pad 213 Hook-Up.

Developed and maintained detailed project schedules to ensure project milestones and deadlines were met. Monitored project progress and compared actual performance against planned schedules and budgets. Prepared weekly and monthly project progress reports, highlighting schedule variances, cost deviations, and risk areas. Implemented cost tracking and forecasting processes to control project expenditures and maintain budget compliance. Coordinated with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to align project activities and schedules. Analyzed schedule delays and recommended corrective actions to minimize project impacts. Reviewed and assessed change orders, evaluating their impact on project scope, cost, and timeline. Maintained project documentation including schedules, cost reports, and performance metrics. Supported project managers with data analysis and performance insights to improve decision-making and project delivery.
