I am Julio Cesar Estrada de la O, a Systems Computer Engineering graduate from Tecnológico de Estudios Superiores de Ecatepec. Over the years, I have developed a strong foundation in computer systems, including hardware and software installation, maintenance, and preventive and corrective repairs. I am passionate about applying my technical knowledge to support institutions and contribute effectively to their IT needs.

During my academic career, I completed various courses focused on computer equipment maintenance, software installation, hardware setup, and peripheral cleaning. These courses have equipped me with practical skills necessary for assembling PCs and ensuring their optimal performance.

I have gained valuable experience through my social service, where I supported teachers by capturing, organizing, and archiving documentation. This role also involved administrative assistance, which helped me develop organizational and office support skills.

In addition to formal education, I have been performing preventive and corrective maintenance on computers informally, which has enhanced my hands-on technical expertise and problem-solving abilities in real-world scenarios.
