Chief People Officer

I am a senior HR leader with over 15 years of experience leading end-to-end HR functions in highly regulated and technical environments. My expertise lies in Belgian and European labour law, HR compliance, payroll, compensation & benefits, prevention, and people analytics. I combine a people-centred and performance-driven leadership approach to build robust HR frameworks that support executive governance and sustain high employee engagement.

Currently, I serve as Chief People Officer at Rosa ASBL, a health technology organization operating under strict regulatory and compliance frameworks. I have full ownership of the HR function, from recruitment to exit, and have built the complete HR framework from scratch ensuring compliance with Belgian and European labour laws, GDPR, and internal governance standards. I also lead ISO 27001 & ISO 27701 certifications and serve as Prevention Advisor Level 3.

Previously, I was Head of Management Dynamics at BNP Paribas Fortis, where I managed a 15-person team in a highly regulated banking environment. I acted as a strategic HR and leadership advisor to the CEO Retail & Private Banking and the executive committee, designing and deploying leadership, culture, and management transformation programs.

I also have experience as a Senior Project Manager at the European Business Summit, managing strategic partnerships and large-scale international summits, and as an Attaché in the European Affairs Department at the Federation of Enterprises in Belgium, coordinating Belgian business positions on EU legal and fiscal policies.

I hold a Master of Arts in European Economic Studies from the College of Europe and a Master in Business Engineering from Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management. I am fluent in French, Dutch, and English, with basic knowledge of German and Chinese. I am passionate about leveraging HR to drive organizational success and employee well-being in complex, regulated environments.
