Process Associate

I am Yordan Koparanov, a dedicated Process Associate with over 14 years of experience in customer service, account management, and process improvement. Throughout my career, I have worked extensively in B2B and B2C communication, mastering various channels both verbal and written. I am passionate about implementing new systems and knowledge within teams to enhance efficiency and customer experience.

Currently, I am employed at Ingram Micro EOOD in Sofia, Bulgaria, where I have progressed from Senior Account Executive to Process Associate. My role involves updating processes to reduce administrative workload and improve service quality. I am adept at meeting tight deadlines and managing solo and group projects, such as implementing new communication systems within short timeframes.

I am continuously developing my technical skills, currently studying Software Engineering with a focus on C# at SoftUni. I have a strong foundation in computer science, programming, machine learning, and mathematics, gained through my studies at Uppsala University and other educational institutions.

My technical proficiency includes working with Windows operating systems, Zendesk, Microsoft Office tools like Word, Excel, Outlook, and OneNote. I am a quick learner and enjoy staying updated on the latest technology trends.

I am fluent in Bulgarian, English, and Swedish, holding certifications such as the International Baccalaureate Diploma, Cambridge English Advanced (CAE), and the TISUS certificate for Swedish. I am confident that my communication skills, technical knowledge, and extensive experience make me a valuable asset to any team.
