Tourism Manager

I am a Tourism Manager with over 15 years of progressive experience in branch management, luxury travel, inbound and outbound tourism, and international event organization. Throughout my career, I have developed strong skills in building client relationships, creating tailored travel solutions, and leading high-performing teams. I am passionate about providing exceptional customer service and enhancing travel experiences for all clients.

In my current role as Director of Branch at Travel Professional Group in Almaty, Kazakhstan, I lead operations, manage travel services for both individual and corporate clients, and foster partnerships with global tourism suppliers and destination management companies. I also coordinate VIP services and customized travel planning to meet the unique needs of our clientele.

Previously, I served as Manager of Inbound and Outbound Tourism and Organizer of International Exhibitions at Complete Service, where I designed and executed travel programs for international clients and represented Kazakhstan at major international tourism exhibitions. I have a proven track record of developing bespoke travel itineraries in collaboration with international tourism boards.

My experience also includes directing the branch of Yana Luxury Travel, managing luxury travel arrangements for high-profile clients, and overseeing the promotion and expansion of premium travel services. I have ensured seamless VIP experiences and exclusive destination management.

Earlier in my career, I held leadership roles at Gulnar Tour as Tourism Manager, Branch Director, and Deputy Director of Tour Operations. I was responsible for branch management, operational strategies, developing outbound group tours, and corporate travel programs, always maintaining high client satisfaction through customized travel solutions.

I hold a specialist’s degree in International Relations and Tourism from Kazakh State University of International Languages and World Relations. I am fluent in English and Russian and have participated in international tourism exhibitions such as IBTM Barcelona, ITB Berlin, and ATM UAE.
