I am a dedicated Computer Engineering professional with a strong interest in IT management, end-user support, and quality assurance. Over the years, I have developed expertise in operating systems such as Linux, Unix, Windows, and Mac OS, alongside tools like Cypress, Selenium IDE, and Jira. My programming skills include SQL, C, PHP, and Java, which I have applied in various technical and automation testing roles.

I have led IT operations and service continuity across multiple sites, ensuring operational stability through infrastructure and network management. I am experienced in managing and prioritizing critical incidents based on impact, meeting SLA response times, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. My work has contributed to network modernization and ERP system optimization, enhancing system availability and information security.

In addition to my technical roles, I have taught technology courses at secondary and high school levels, sharing my knowledge and passion for IT with students. I have also coordinated IT services to align with business objectives, overseeing technical support and preventive maintenance to maximize system availability and reduce risks.

My quality assurance experience includes developing automation scripts to validate software functionality, designing test matrices, and creating detailed technical documentation.
