I am a Bachelor in Systems Engineering from Universidad Andina del Cusco, with knowledge in solution orientation, management of IT systems in various private commercial and educational companies, project management, and information technologies. I have contributed to implementing mechanisms for support and management of administrative processes. I also excel in digital marketing and project management. I am capable of fulfilling required tasks, leading, and solving problems effectively. I possess a high educational level, analytical capacity, and teamwork skills. Additionally, I have proficiency in office automation tools.

Currently, I am undertaking courses in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Finance, and Graphic Design to further enhance my skills. I have experience working in customer technical support roles, sales advisory, and financial advisory in various companies such as Claro, Bitel, and Financiera Efectiva. I have also worked as a software developer, implementing web platforms and ERP modules, particularly using Odoo.

My professional experience includes roles such as Software Developer at Grupo Developed in Perú, Administrative Assistant at Colegio de Ingenieros del Perú, Programmer at JM&GV S.A.C., Database Administrator at CCAIJO, and Programmer at ONG Kantu Allin Kausay. In these roles, I have developed and implemented software solutions, managed databases, coordinated events, and supported organizational processes.

I am fluent in Spanish (native), have intermediate proficiency in English, and basic knowledge of Quechua. I have completed multiple certifications and courses including Agile Project Management, Digital Transformation, Cybersecurity Essentials, Entrepreneurship, and IoT through Cisco Networking Academy and other institutions.
