I am an international relations professional specializing in refugee integration, child protection, and human rights within the context of migration and major sporting events. Over the past decade, I have worked extensively with organizations such as UNHCR, UNICEF, and various civil society groups in Mexico and Canada. My work focuses on designing and leading impactful programs that translate policy into measurable outcomes, such as increasing refugee school enrollment by 40% and tripling employment outcomes through cross-sector partnerships.

Currently, I serve as a Sports Associate at the Centre for Sports and Human Rights on secondment with UNICEF Mexico, where I develop stakeholder mapping and action plans to strengthen collaboration on child protection and youth rights initiatives linked to the 2026 FIFA World Cup in Guadalajara. I act as a key liaison between host city representatives, UNICEF, and local education and protection actors to advance child rights strategies and multi-sector collaboration.
