Virtual Assistant

I am a recent Bachelor of Arts in Communication graduate from the University of Perpetual Help System – JONELTA, currently completing my studies between August 2022 and May 2026. I have hands-on experience as an Amazon Virtual Assistant, where I managed shipping logistics from China to US Amazon warehouses, prepared purchase orders, liaised with suppliers, and monitored production status. I am proficient in creating shipment plans, generating Amazon labels, and updating inventory reports using Excel.

I pride myself on being reliable, proactive, and highly organized, with strong skills in task management, scheduling, data entry, client support, and remote operations. My communication skills are excellent, and I am comfortable working in fast-paced environments that require attention to detail and multitasking.

In addition to my virtual assistant experience, I have basic skills in Canva and CapCut, which help me contribute to social media content creation. I am familiar with product sourcing, price negotiation, and third-party liaison, which enhances my ability to support e-commerce operations effectively.

I am fluent in English at a high level and a native speaker of Tagalog. I am eager to leverage my skills and experience to provide excellent customer support and administrative assistance in a remote or virtual setting. I am committed to continuous learning and growth in the field of virtual assistance and communication.
