Registered Nurse

I am a highly motivated healthcare professional with a strong work ethic, adaptability, and exceptional interpersonal skills. I am comfortable working independently and I learn new skills quickly.

I currently work as a Registered Nurse in cardiology at Jefferson Regional Medical Center in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, where I provide nursing care for patients with cardiovascular diseases and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create individualized care plans.

In my current role, I educate patients and families about heart health, lifestyle modifications, and medications. I also document patient progress in electronic health records and help adjust care plans as needed.

Previously, I worked as a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse at the same medical center, where I delivered patient-centered care, supported care planning, and worked with a 1:5 patient ratio. I also helped educate patients and families on treatment plans and at-home care.

Before becoming a nurse, I gained valuable clinical experience as an ER Technician at Jefferson Regional Medical Center. In that role, I transported patients, restocked care areas, operated diagnostic equipment, and supported nursing staff in improving patient care quality.

I also worked in customer service as a waitress, where I developed communication, teamwork, and attention to detail. My background combines clinical nursing experience with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
