Product Engineer / Front-End Lead

I am a product-minded front-end engineer with more than 3 years of experience owning customer-facing web products end to end. I focus on shaping the technical approach, shipping to production, and taking responsibility for the outcome.

I have built real AI/LLM-integrated features, including real-time streaming chat over live data and the front-end for an SCB Bank AI Voice Bot. I also enjoy standing up front-end codebases from scratch and turning ideas into production-ready products.

In my recent roles, I have worked closely with PMs, back-end engineers, and AI leads as part of a small, fast-moving team. I have led a team of 3 front-end developers, handled sprint planning and PR reviews, and maintained a strong focus on production correctness, performance, and user experience.

I have experience setting up CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and deploying to AWS. I am comfortable working across the stack when needed, and I have built full-stack systems from zero using technologies such as Node.js, NestJS, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, REST, and GraphQL.

My work has had measurable impact, including contributing to 500% traffic growth and improving Lighthouse scores from 60 to 90+ on a customer-facing marketplace. I also have experience with SEO, metadata, sitemaps, RBAC, and responsive design across desktop, mobile, and tablet.

I am fluent in English with an IELTS 8.0 score, and I learn quickly when moving into new technologies or domains. I am based in Ha Noi, Vietnam, and I am looking for opportunities where I can continue building high-impact product experiences with modern front-end and AI technologies.
