I am a healthcare customer success, account management, and sales enablement leader with more than 10 years of experience strengthening provider relationships, growing strategic accounts, and improving customer and referral-partner experiences.

I have built a career around translating complex stakeholder needs into practical action. I work across sales, clinical operations, intake, and leadership to remove service barriers, improve handoffs, and create stronger outcomes for customers and partners.

In my most recent role, I led healthcare growth and enterprise enablement initiatives, delivering $11.5M in annual revenue, securing $6M in new multiyear business, and achieving 22% average year-over-year growth. I have managed 150+ accounts and consistently used CRM and performance data to improve retention, adoption, forecasting, and team execution.

I also have deep experience in sales enablement and coaching. I designed and launched a national enablement program that included a sales playbook, training toolkit, train-the-trainer materials, coaching resources, and a 30/60/90-day onboarding roadmap. Through this work, I helped improve KPI performance by 50%.
