Business Analyst

I am a results-driven Business Analyst with a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems and hands-on experience delivering ERP and CRM solutions. I have worked across telecom and professional services environments, where I focused on gathering requirements, improving workflows, and translating business needs into practical technical solutions.

I have experience designing and implementing systems in Odoo, including subscription management, CRM workflows, and website integration. In my project-based and internship roles, I helped automate business processes, reduce manual follow-up work, and improve data integrity through structured systems and better reporting.

My background includes strong analytical work with SQL, Tableau, and Excel, along with business analysis practices such as requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, technical documentation, and user stories. I am comfortable working in Agile and Scrum environments and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.

In addition to business analysis, I have teaching experience as a Technology Instructor, where I taught Scratch, Python, Robotics, and 3D Printing. This strengthened my communication, presentation, and training skills, and helped me work effectively with diverse audiences.

I also completed a graduation project focused on optimizing CRM workflows using Bitrix24, where I analyzed campaign performance and structured customer data to support operational efficiency. This experience reinforced my ability to identify problems, organize information, and improve business processes.
