Senior Product Designer

I am a senior product designer and UX architect with more than 10 years of experience creating end-to-end digital experiences across healthcare, SaaS, and enterprise environments. I specialize in turning ambiguous problems into intuitive user experiences through research, systems thinking, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

I have led major UX initiatives for large-scale platforms, including enterprise portal migrations and the development of scalable design systems. My work has focused on improving usability, navigation, accessibility, and performance while ensuring consistency across complex product ecosystems.

In my recent role with TCS and Kaiser Permanente, I contributed to the migration of an enterprise portal from WordPress to ServiceNow. I established and evolved a modular design system, built custom UI components with AngularJS, and led UX strategy, wireframing, and high-fidelity prototyping in Figma.

Earlier in my career, I served as Manager of Creative Services and Creative Director at Marketo (Adobe), where I shaped the visual and experiential direction for B2B products, campaigns, and client engagements. I also built repeatable processes, mentored designers and developers, and helped teams deliver more efficiently and consistently.

I also bring a strong interest in AI and emerging technologies. I integrate AI tools and generative workflows into UX and creative processes, and I have applied prompt engineering, multi-agent workflows, retrieval-based systems, and structured outputs to improve digital experiences and content exploration.

My background combines design leadership, technical fluency, and human-centered thinking. I am especially focused on building scalable, accessible, and thoughtful product experiences that align business goals with user needs.
