IT Support Intern

I am a motivated and reliable student studying ICT and Networking & Cybersecurity, with a strong interest in building a career in IT support, hospitality, or administrative roles. I have developed practical technical skills alongside hands-on customer service experience in fast-paced environments.

I am bilingual in French and English, which helps me communicate effectively with diverse customers and team members. My background includes working in nightlife, student union, and bakery settings, where I learned to stay calm under pressure, work efficiently, and maintain high service standards.

I have experience providing technical IT support, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, assisting with system setup, and supporting maintenance tasks. Through this, I strengthened my problem-solving, communication, and technical troubleshooting abilities.

My technical knowledge includes networking fundamentals, cybersecurity basics, Python, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL basics, Microsoft Office, and virtual machine tools. I am also familiar with Cisco Packet Tracer, Kali Linux, Nmap, and other tools used in networking and cybersecurity practice.

In hospitality roles, I have prepared and served drinks, handled customer requests, maintained cleanliness, and contributed to smooth team operations. These experiences have helped me build adaptability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.

I am now seeking an entry-level opportunity where I can continue to grow professionally, apply my technical and interpersonal skills, and contribute positively to a team.
