• Drive business and sign new clients interested in hiring our firm for representation

•Directly worked with new clients from start to finish, guiding the process and interacting with all intermediaries until loan close
•Handled client financial documents and credit histories, maintaining utmost privacy and legal standards

• Responsible for expanding GradFin’s presence by opening the West Coast office with minimal supervision
• Consulted 40-50 clients and financial advisors weekly regarding the options and best recommendations
for their loans
• Over 70% of clients found success converting loans into applicable federal programs or refinanced and consolidated existing loans with private lenders
• Documented all client interactions and loan progressions through Salesforce; worked directly with development team to streamline internal and external UX
