Project Manager

Driving the delivery of Identity Access Management; projects in the portfolio across all services
working closely with multiple LOB technology teams while interfacing with senior managers and
stakeholders in the organization within a significant program.
• Responsible for ensuring effective application and user compliance under governance of internal
policies and procedures, including current regulatory requirements and guidelines.
• Ensure clarity and precision in defining the scope of projects.
• Participate in functional and user acceptance testing efforts for both deployments, including
preparation of test plans, stagings and documenting findings.
• Participate in firm wide projects/initiatives as GRC representative / subject matter expert to provide
guidance and interpretation of rules, regulations and risks.
• Plan, monitor and execute multiple projects through all phases of the project lifecycle.

Oversaw day to day tasks including product listing change projects and special projects planning,
initiation and execution. Collaborate with technical and engineering teams on technical specification
management concepts, including engineering change management, content change management, bills of
materials and QA.
• Worked closely with packaging manager and project management of daily tasks and projects
• Developed, maintained and tracked the data migration project plan, cutover plan and schedule
resource assignments.
• Assisted with post Go-Live PDM Data Migration of Material Masters, Vendor masters, Customer
Masters, Bill of materials, Master data creation and master data updates. Partner with the Software technical
team on the computer system validation process for both deployments, go-live and post go-live updates.
