I am an experienced, dynamic, self-motivated, and enthusiastic individual with a little over twelve years of experience providing thorough and skillful support to senior management personnel, C-level executives, and high-level federal government officials across private, non-profit, and federal government sectors. I am currently seeking a more flexible full-time position where I can utilize my extensive working knowledge of travel management programs, scheduling coordination, office management, administrative/executive support, and technical verbal/written communication skills to positively contribute to an organization.

My experience in the administrative and executive support/communications field, reflects my proficiency with various office functions such as handling operational support duties which include exemplifying a friendly, energetic, personable demeanor and a passion for great customer service, with a customer-first mentality and being effective at multitasking and working under pressure to accomplish the overall objectives of the department. I also possess the effective organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills required to help resolve routine problems, answer general questions, and know when to escalate more complex issues.
