I have a little over a year of experience in the field of professional training advisor at the CSSMB. In fact, I had the chance to do my internship in a professional training center. During this my objective as a training consultant is to identify the needs of students in order to provide them with the appropriate service in terms of development, to create adapted training programs, to ensure their effective execution and to measure the results to guarantee a positive impact on individual and organizational performance. This skill is transferable to the human resources position.
I have developed solid skills in instructional design, facilitating training sessions and evaluating the effectiveness of programs. My ability to communicate clearly and create a collaborative learning environment has contributed to the improvement of employee skills and performance in my previous positions.
My interpersonal communication skills, my ability to establish trusting relationships and my mastery of IT tools dedicated to human resources are assets that allow me to interact effectively with employees, managers and external partners. I am also passionate about continuous learning and I am convinced that the professional development of employees is essential to boost their motivation and performance. I was able to gain good experience analyzing various admissions cases as well as the process of each center.
I have experience as a professional training advisor within the CSMB establishment. Thus, my 1.5 years of experience in the field of training and development, I have had the privilege of collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to design, implement and evaluate relevant and effective training programs. My approach is based on a deep understanding of students’ needs, combined with constant adaptation to market trends and technological developments.
