• Provided direct assistance to Head Web Developer by working alongisde a team of 6 members in writing,
updating and managing a clean and readable code using HTML5, JavaScript, CSS. Experienced SDLC.

• Used various technologies, including but not limited to ReactJS, Bootstrap to make code repairs and
optimizing the website using feedbacks from team members, head developers and end users as well.

• Developing appropriate code structures to solve specific tasks by coordinating with other designers and
programmers. Provided Technical Support on a regular basis to new associates and as wells as end-users.

• Administered online condominium portal and quickly adapted to software and websites used in
performing day-to-day operations, assisted residents in understanding the working of the website, and
evaluated the portal for bugs

• Welcomed 100+ guests or residents daily upon entrance. Demonstrated excellent communication skills
in answering residents’ questions and addressing problems/complaints, booking reservations, and issued
parking permits in person and via phone increasing 18% positive feedback.

• Served as the first point of contact for more than 50+ visitors distributing mails and packages a day.
Carefully storing 100+ mails and packages for 200+ residents and safely releasing it to the respective
resident by confirming a valid ID
