QA Tester

I am a detail-oriented QA Tester with strong experience in manual testing, API testing, and quality assurance. I have developed skills in collaboration, test planning, bug tracking, and cross-platform testing within agile environments. Throughout my career, I have worked closely with developers to resolve defects and ensure software stability through thorough regression testing.

I am proficient in using tools such as Postman for API testing, Jira for managing QA boards and test executions, and Confluence for maintaining QA documentation including test data and related resources. My experience spans both web and mobile platforms, where I have consistently contributed to improving product quality.

My background also includes customer service experience, where I reviewed Facebook Marketplace listings for compliance and ensured adherence to community policies and standards. This role enhanced my attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under guidelines.

I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from Columban College and completed secondary education at Saint James School. My certifications include knowledge in OWASP API Security, Internet Security, Data Protection & Privacy, and various cybersecurity awareness trainings.
