● Agile Implementation
● Supported success of the proof of concept for Agile delivery within the organization. Built Azure DevOps projects to hold the product team’s build-out backlog to iteratively develop products, provided additional servant leader support. Working within an Agile-Scrum methodology, the teams were able to establish minimum viable products and achieve at least 90% of the target. The teams achieved this while also learning, adopting, and executing the Scrum principles and ceremonies in a self-organizing manner.
● Business Technology Operations (BTO) Reorganization
● Provided BA cross-functional support of BTO workstreams leading the analysis, reorganization, and implementation of new practices, tools, and methodologies for Technology Operations and additional stakeholders. Supported Org Readiness workstream with creating and distributing readouts that were used at the director and management level to track and develop the current and future state organizational structure.
