Product Manager, Consumer Core & Platform

Kraken’s Consumer Core & Platform team is responsible for building core product features, integrations and platform capabilities. The Consumer Core & Platform team works on initiatives to make our Consumer products delightful, integrations seamless and platforms performant and scalable. The team is looking for a skilled, proactive and collaborative Product Manager to work on complex initiatives across both Core and Platform.

The opportunity

• Identify, assess, and implement new features to continuously elevate the Core product experience
• Utilize client feedback and industry insights to drive iterative improvements to the Core product
• Leverage data to uncover trends, analyze bottlenecks, and prioritize opportunities for enhancing client experience and platform capabilities
• Collaborate closely with Engineering in identifying and prioritizing initiatives to improve performance, scalability and efficiency, and to continuously modernize our shared platform.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration: Work hand-in-hand, seamlessly with other teams across the organization such as funding, onboarding and portfolio to continuously deliver thoughtfully integrated experiences
• Contribute to and execute Core & Platform strategy: Play a crucial role in shaping the strategy for Kraken’s Core product and Platform caoabilities.

Skills you should HODL

• 3–5 years in Product Management, with 2+ years of expertise working on Core features or platform capabilities ideally within crypto/ financial services
• Proven track record of analyzing issues and opportunities, identifying solutions and creating impactful features and capabilities
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a wide array of stakeholders in delivering against a roadmap
• Proactive mindset, always looking for innovative, yet simple solutions to complex problems.
• Experience in data gathering, quantitative analysis, and the ability to translate these into actionable insights
• Strong interpersonal skills with experience in interacting and collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Strong organizational abilities with the skill to juggle multiple priorities effectively
• Deep understanding of project management principles and best practices
• Enthusiasm for the cryptocurrency ecosystem, with a deep belief in our mission

Compensation

• $96K – $153K • Offers Equity • Offers Bonus

This is the target annual salary range for this role. This range is not inclusive of other additional compensation elements, such as our Bonus program, Equity program, Wellness allowance, and other benefits [US Only] (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)).

The compensation range provided is influenced by various factors and represents the initial target range. Our salary offerings are dynamic and we strive to ensure that our base salary and total compensation package aligns and recognizes the top talent we aim to attract and retain. The compensation package of the successful candidate is based on various factors such as their skillset, experience, and job scope
