As an Inpatient Manager, Technical Implementation Success, you will serve as a player coach for seamless deployments of our inpatient product in healthcare settings. As an essential member of our team, you will manage the end-to-end implementation process, ensuring that our software solutions are successfully integrated into health systems. The right person for this role will bring a passion for creating repeatability and predictability in a highly complex technical and operational environment.
This role will lead and manage Technical Implementation Partners to collaborate with a broad group of technical and clinical operations experts to successfully deploy and continually expand adoption of Qventus solutions. The Manager will lead the team to deliver the product within the determined timeline, budget, and scope, while delighting the customer.
This role blends people management, engagement management, project leadership, technical oversight, and analytics. You will collaborate closely with hospital operations and IT teams to ensure alignment and smooth transitions from kickoff to go-live. With a focus on meticulous planning and coordination across cross-functional teams, you will be the bridge between our customers and internal R&D teams, driving the successful delivery of Qventusβs inpatient solutions.

The salary range for this role is $100,000 to $160,000. Qventus salary bands represent market data across different geographies. We consider several factors when determining compensation, including location, skills and qualifications, and prior relevant experience. Salary is just one component of Qventusβ total package.
