The Customer Service Rep’s (CSR) primary role is to key received order requests into multiple systems for internal and external order submissions. Compiling, verifying accuracy, and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry. Entering customer orders to ensure complete customer satisfaction in a timely manner. Review the order for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities, and verify that the order submission is accepted. This role is a non-customer-facing position. Working with internal POC with limited to no interaction with customers. Requires a GSA background check working with Federal accounts.

The Main Responsibilities

  • Work independently on case orders and, at times, with other groups to request additional order information necessary to complete order submissions
  • Check source documents for accuracy
  • Verify data and correct data where necessary
  • Obtain further information for incomplete documents
  • Combine and rearrange data from source documents where required
  • Enter data from source documents into the computer systems and forms
  • Check completed work for accuracy
  • Comply with data integrity and security policies

What We Look For in a Candidate

  • Computer and technical skills – 2 or more years of experience including Microsoft suite
  • Attention to detail, multi-tasking, and problem solving
  • Telecom knowledge or background is preferred including managed services, Voice, Ethernet, DWDM, SRE, DIA, SD-WAN

Compensation

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

Location Based Pay Ranges

$37,000 – $49,500 in these states: ALΒ  ARΒ  AZΒ  FLΒ  GAΒ  IAΒ  IDΒ  INΒ  KSΒ  KYΒ  LAΒ  MEΒ  MOΒ  MSΒ  MTΒ  NDΒ  NEΒ  NMΒ  OHΒ  OKΒ  PAΒ  SCΒ  SDΒ  TNΒ  UTΒ  VTΒ  WIΒ  WVΒ  WY
$38,982 – $51,975 in these states: COΒ  HIΒ  MIΒ  MNΒ  NCΒ  NHΒ  NVΒ  ORΒ  RI
$40,838 – $54,450 in these states: AKΒ  CAΒ  CTΒ  DCΒ  DEΒ  ILΒ  MAΒ  MDΒ  NJΒ  NYΒ  TXΒ  VAΒ  WA
