The Customer Service Rep’s (CSR) primary role is to key received order requests into multiple systems for internal and external order submissions. Compiling, verifying accuracy, and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry. Entering customer orders to ensure complete customer satisfaction in a timely manner. Review the order for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities, and verify that the order submission is accepted. This role is a non-customer-facing position. Working with internal POC with limited to no interaction with customers. Requires a GSA background check working with Federal accounts.
This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

$38,982 – $51,975 in these states: COΒ HIΒ MIΒ MNΒ NCΒ NHΒ NVΒ ORΒ RI
$40,838 – $54,450 in these states: AKΒ CAΒ CTΒ DCΒ DEΒ ILΒ MAΒ MDΒ NJΒ NYΒ TXΒ VAΒ WA
