Hims & Hers is seeking a Legislative Analyst (non-lawyer) to join our growing, collaborative Legal team. The successful candidate will be a team player, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote work environment. This role will work with other members of the Legal team to support the Public Policy teamβs advocacy on the companyβs multi-state and federal legislative and regulatory strategy, covering a variety of subject matter areas impacting direct-to-consumer telehealth and pharmacy operations.Β ThisΒ is a 100% remote, work-from-home role.
Outlined below is a reasonable estimate of H&Hβs compensation range for this role forΒ US-based candidates. If you’re based outside of the US, your recruiter will be able to provide you with an estimated salary range for your location.
The actual amount will take into account a range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and location. H&H also offers a comprehensive Total Rewards package that may include an equity grant.

An estimate of the current salary range is $75,000 – $90,000 USD
