The working hours for this role are 10:00am – 6:00pm ET.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Key areas of focus include:

Software Proficiency: Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
Design Principles: Grid systems, hierarchy, balance, layout, typography, typesetting, colour theory.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous, intelligence in layer naming and file organization.
Organisation: Strong organisational skills and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Traits: Creative and conceptualisation skills, versatile and tech-savvy.

What can you expect?

Use Figma to produce high-quality content for high-profile sporting clients.
Design and produce promotional materials, advertisements, and digital assets.
Create visually compelling posters and digital assets
Produce assets that convey a clear and effective message with impact and creative flair.
Follow client accounts and competitors on digital and traditional media to research and propose ideas for engaging and innovative content.
Manage time effectively to produce multiple assets per day and communicate with managers on progress.
Learn and utilize collaborative tools to drive assets through internal processes.
Develop your skills by learning from other team members and through independent research.
Extended hours as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

What’s important to us:

Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or equivalent experience.
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work.
Excellent eye for detail, particularly regarding typography, layout and color.
Advanced understanding of Figma.
Experience with workplace collaboration tools such as Slack, Airtable.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to take creative direction and work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to manage multiple projects at a time and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive individual with a high sense of urgency.
Ability to adjust well to feedback and changing priorities.
High work ethic, self-motivation, dependable and reliable.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken. (min. C1 English)
Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing.
