THE OPPORTUNITY (Please submit your CV in English)

We are hiring a talented Legal Contract Specialist who is passionate about B2B sales and enjoys working in a dynamic and fast moving environment in a wide variety of contractual commercial duties. The role involves work across multiple countries.

Position to be based out of Madrid, Barcelona, Milan, or remote from any locations in Spain, Italy or Portugal.

YOUR IMPACT

● Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of contractual agreements between the company and its clients (including evaluating and participating in bids);
● Respond to internal and external inquiries and advice on the contract terms and conditions;
● Responsible for interacting and assisting the sales team and other internal departments, during the contractual process;.
● Assessing contract performance to identify improvement to templates and to our contract cycles;
● Clearly explain contract terminology and provide contract training to internal departments;
● Identifying and mitigating risks and causes of the main legal contingencies or exposures;
● Manage contract change requests, amendments, extensions and contract records and documentation;

WHO YOU ARE

● Excellent communication and negotiation skills, including diplomacy and flexibility.
● In-depth knowledge of contract terms and conditions and ability to work across different countries.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Excellent attention to detail.
● Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams.
● Ability to explain complex issues in a clear, simple and concise manner to all levels of the organization.
● Solid judgment and business acumen.
● Enthusiastic, self-motivated and efficient. Strong organizational skills to work independently, prioritize and manage multiple time-
sensitive projects simultaneously.

Qualification and experience required:
● Law Degree (obtained in any European country).
● Proven work experience (minimum of 5 years) working as a Contract Specialist.
● Advanced proficiency in Italian, Spanish and English is mandatory
