We are looking for an experiencedΒ Scrum Master / Team CoachΒ to support one of our key internal clients in the IT Operations department. This role is embedded within anΒ international teamΒ delivering complex IT manufacturing projects. The successful candidate will bring strongΒ SAFe know-how, hands-on experience inΒ IT manufacturing / IT Ops, and a proven track record of facilitating Agile transformation in scaled environments.

Requirements

  • Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies acrossΒ multiple teams: Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Coach team members inΒ SAFe 6.0Β practices and foster a culture ofΒ continuous improvement.
  • SupportΒ cross-team coordinationΒ and alignment with business and organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure effectiveΒ backlog managementΒ and product value maximization.
  • Identify and removeΒ impedimentsΒ that block team progress, working across departments if necessary.
  • Use Agile tools (e.g.,Β JIRA, Confluence, Miro) and metrics toΒ track performanceΒ and driveΒ data-informed improvements.
  • Actively contribute to risk management processes, ensuring early identification and mitigation of issues.
  • PromoteΒ servant leadershipΒ and a culture of psychological safety and open communication.
  • Champion organization-wideΒ Agile maturityΒ through continuous learning and coaching.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Minimum first-level Scrum Master certification (e.g.,Β CSM, PSM I, PMI-ACP).
  • AdvancedΒ facilitationΒ and coaching capabilities.
  • Strong command ofΒ Agile frameworksΒ and tools, includingΒ Kanban,Β Design Thinking, and team metrics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills inΒ EnglishΒ (working language).
  • Ability to resolve conflicts and foster effective collaboration acrossΒ distributed teams.

    Experience Requirements

    • MinimumΒ 5 yearsΒ of experience as a Scrum Master.
    • At leastΒ 2 yearsΒ in aΒ Scaled AgileΒ environment (preferably SAFe).
    • MinimumΒ 1 yearΒ of hands-on experience inΒ IT manufacturing / IT OperationsΒ projects.
